General Conditions of Membership to Club AMA of Gioielleria Italiana

1. Introduction

1.1. These general conditions govern membership of Club AMA, managed by Gioielleria Italiana (C.F. and P.Iva 01797090097), with registered office in Albissola (SV), Via Poggio del Sole Superiore n. 1, as owner of the registered trademark AMA.

1.2. Participation in Club AMA implies full acceptance by the Club Member of these general conditions. Gioielleria Italiana reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, after notifying the participants in accordance with art. 7.

2. Purpose of Club AMA

2.1. Club AMA is an exclusive program created for AMA customers who wish to access special promotions, dedicated benefits and personalised experiences, with the aim of increasing their satisfaction and earning their loyalty, in order to establish a lasting relationship of trust.

2.2. The services offered are intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use.

3. Membership Criteria

3.1. All adults residing in Italy can become club members by completing the registration form with the required information and making an initial purchase of at least €2,000 (list price which may also include several items).

3.2. Membership is free and takes place through the completion of the online registration data collection form, with acceptance of these Conditions. Membership is personal and each customer can have only one account associated with their name and email address.

3.3. The status of "ELITE Customer" is attributed to those who have reached an expenditure of at least €8,000 (list price) in a calendar year.

4. Benefits for Members

4.1. Commercial Benefits

• Welcome discount: 5% discount on the first purchase made within 45 days of the Member's registration.
• Birthday surprise: 15% discount on products purchased in the 30 days before and after the Member's date of birth, as originally entered in the Member's data collection form (no discount will be applied in the event of a subsequent change in the date of birth).
• Seasonal promotions: 15% discount on the last receipt, usable a maximum of 2 times during the calendar year, during the promotion periods that will be communicated from time to time.
• Bring a friend: in the case of presentation of a new customer, a 10% discount will be applied both for the purchase made by the Member and for that of the new buyer, within the following 45 days, starting, respectively, from the date of purchase of the product/s by the new customer, in relation to the discount in favour of the Member and from the date of presentation, in relation to the discount in favour of the new customer. (for example: presentation date 1st March, the new customer's purchase must be made by mid-April; new customer purchase date 15th April, the Club Member's purchase must be made by the end of May).

Discounts may not be combined, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2. Exclusive Services

• AMA jewellery cleaning:
• - Free annual ultrasonic cleaning service for an AMA jewel.
• - For ELITE Customers, free annual professional cleaning and polishing on an AMA jewel.
• Custom creation: design of custom-made jewellery with the support of consultants, is subject to a fee of €150.00, payable only if the designed jewellery is not put into production and purchased by the Customer. It is understood that proceeding with production constitutes the conclusion of a valid sales contract, which excludes the right of withdrawal.
• Free personalisation, including engravings and special event packaging, is available to Members for documented occasions such as engagements, wedding anniversaries, the birth of a child, or graduations, limited to one event per year.
• Jewellery loan for events: exclusive for ELITE Customers, on jewellery and at times chosen at the sole discretion of Gioielleria Italiana, twice a year for a maximum of 5 days.
• Exclusive invitations: participation in events and previews of collections.

4.3. Other Benefits

• Participation in events on gemmology and sustainability.
• AMA Forest Donation: possibility of converting discounts into contributions to be donated to zeroCO2 s.r.l. SB, with registered office in Rome, Italy, Via Gian Giacomo Porro, 8, 00197, registered in the Rome Companies Register, P.I. 15448901007, to support the project of planting trees and combating desertification.

5. Obligations of the Participants

5.1. The member of Club AMA is responsible for the truthfulness and updating of their personal data provided at the time of joining. The advantages and services of the Program are personal and non-transferable.

6. Duration and Withdrawal

6.1. Membership of Club AMA has unlimited duration unless withdrawn by the user or termination of the Program.

6.2. The user can withdraw at any time by sending written communication to club@amadiamond.com.

6.3. Gioielleria Italiana may revoke membership in case of violation of these conditions.

7. Changes to the General Conditions

7.1. Gioielleria Italiana reserves the right to modify these conditions after notifying members at least 30 days before the changes come into effect.

7.2. Members who do not accept the changes may withdraw within the aforementioned deadline.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. The personal data of members will be processed in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data. The complete information is available on https://www.amadiamond.com/it/privacy-policy.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1. Gioielleria Italiana will not be responsible for any disruptions or changes not directly attributable to its will, except as provided by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These conditions are governed by Italian law.

10.2. The Court of residence of the Member is competent for any dispute, in application of the Consumer Code.
