In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data) we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via links on the websites in the domain of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for third-party websites.

1. DATA CONTROLLER AND SUBJECTS

The data controller is GIOIELLERIA ITALIANA S.r.l. in the person of the legal representative, to whom you, as an interested party, can contact to exercise all the rights recognised by the GDPR. The personal data you provide may be communicated to managers, employees, suppliers or in any case to subjects operating under the authority and control of the owner and/or manager. Gioielleria Italiana S.r.l. may use users' personal data to examine the use of the site, products and services, analyse the effectiveness of our advertising, promotions and competitions, personalise the experience on the site and to examine (in anonymous and aggregate form) the statistics relating to the activities on the website, simplify use within the same and better adapt it to the user's interests and choices, speed up his future activities and experiences on the site, contact him regarding products and services that may interest him, unless who does not give his consent to such processing. Gioielleria Italiana S.r.l. may use users' personal data to suggest products or services that may interest them, offer them the opportunity to participate in competitions or promotions. The user may refuse to receive communications from Gioielleria Italiana S.r.l. at any time. Each direct marketing communication sent by Gioielleria Italiana S.r.l. will provide the information and means necessary for the refusal itself. 2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness, correctness and transparency referred to in the articles. 5 and 6 of the GDPR. Without your consent, the data you provide may be used exclusively for the following purposes pursuant to art. 6, letter. b) and c) of the GDPR: • Registration on the site and processing orders; • Fulfilment of contractual, legal, fiscal, administrative and accounting obligations; • Sending service communications relating to orders After giving your consent, your personal data will also be processed for the following purposes: • Sending informative or commercial communications via email aimed at the direct sale of products and services similar to those being sold. • Surveys, marketing research, advertising campaigns, collecting signatures for petitions. No further processing based on the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller is envisaged.

3. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

4. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL

The provision of consent to the processing of the company name, e-mail address, VAT number, ATECO code and address of the point of sale for the purpose of processing orders and receiving service communications relating to them are necessary to use the services provided by the Data Controller. Apart from what is specified above, the provision of your personal data in dedicated areas of the site is optional, but such refusal may make it impossible to use specific products and/or services offered by the Data Controller.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party will be able to assert their rights referred to in the articles. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the GDPR, by contacting the Data Controller using the specifically dedicated areas of the site. The interested party has the right to obtain access to personal data and their rectification, limitation or cancellation. The interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for commercial or promotional purposes, including the sending of emails aimed at direct sales, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing before the revocation. The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data pursuant to art. 15, letter f) of the GDPR.

6. PROCESSING METHODS AND STORAGE PERIOD

The processing, recording, collection, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, cancellation, the destruction and communication of personal data may take place on paper, computer or electronic media in compliance with the principles of legitimacy, confidentiality and security provided for by current legislation. The data will be retained by the Data Controller for a period of time no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed in accordance with legal obligations.
