We want your AMA experience to be pleasant at every stage, even after purchase. If this is not the case, you can return or request an exchange of the jewellery within 14 days from the date of receipt.For the return or exchange to be accepted, the product must:
Shipping for returns or exchanges is free, as well as the ring resizing service, if necessary.In case of exchange with a higher priced jewellery, you will be asked to pay the difference. If you choose a new jewellery of lower value, you will receive a voucher for the residual value, usable within 12 months. If the first jewellery was purchased with a discount, this will not be considered in the calculation of the new amount.- be intact, never worn or used,
- be returned in the original packaging, with both security tags intact,
- not have been personalised, for example through engravings

Refund methodOnce the jewellery is received and verified, the refund will be made within 15 working days using the same payment method as the purchase.
Warranty
AMA Warranty: lifetime care and maintenanceThe craftsmanship quality of AMA jewellery is our priority. If your jewellery should break due to manufacturing defects, we commit to repairing or replacing it at no cost to you. We are happy to accompany you in caring for your jewellery even in case of accidental damage. For the first two years from purchase, we offer a renewal service that includes professional cleaning, rhodium plating, checking and securing of stones. To use this service we ask for a shipping contribution of €30 for European Union countries (including Switzerland, San Marino, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra) and €50 for the rest of the world.After two years, you can always request a free quote for any maintenance work.AMA jewellery is handmade by expert craftsmen: each creation is unique and may have slight imperfections that testify to the quality of the craftsmanship.For useful tips on how to take care of your jewellery, we invite you to read our guide.The warranty does not cover:

- Natural wear and/or loss of components, unless an original defect can be demonstrated.
