Return Policy

AMA's policy allows the exercise of withdrawal and return within 14 days of receipt of the purchased items, unless they are items on which engravings have been made upon request of the buyer, or that the encased stones are equal or bigger than 1 carat.

The right of withdrawal in favour of the buyer, as regulated by art. 52 of the "Consumer Code", is not applicable for the items offered on this portal, as they are goods produced at the request of the buyer, tailor-made and in any case based on individual choices adopted at the time of configuring the jewel, therefore made with materials first items purchased after placing the order (art. 59 | Exceptions to the right of withdrawal | lettera c).
